Though filling out information in other softwares is tedious, we simply ask for a few basic details to attach to your case. This ensures there is enough information for all support techs to assist so their is never a lapse in service. It also allows technicians to immediately begin to troubleshoot when assigned so when filing, pleas be descriptive as possible to allow for a quick and accurate response.
