Reactivate License

Reactivating Your License

Your eVolve license may be deactivated on one machine and reactivated on another. This may be useful after purchasing and transitioning to a new computer, working from home, or freeing up a license for another user. If the license has been previously activated on a machine, the license information is stored on the computer to ease the reactivation process.

To reactivate a license

  1. From the eVolve Mechanical ribbon, click the About menu from the Resources panel and click Reactivate License.
  2. From the User Account Control window, click Yes.
  3. From the License Activated window, click OK.
  4. Close and restart Revit.
After deactivation, it may take up to 30 minutes for the license to become available, if activation is unsuccessful, try again later. If the time between deactivation and reactivation is greater than 30 minutes, please contact support.
